SEMICONDUCTOR RELAY

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor relay which prevents light incidence from a light emitting element to a switch element. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 1 and a photovoltaic element 2 are counterposed. A switch element 3 which is turned on/off by output of the photovoltaic element 2 is arranged on the approximately same surface as the photovoltaic element 2. The light emitting element 1, the photovoltaic element 2 and the switch element 3 are molded by a first mold body 6 of transparent resin. A second mold body 7 consists of opaque resin and encloses an entire outer periphery of the first mold body 6. A recessed groove 8 is formed in an outer surface of the first mold body 6 to block an optical path from the light emitting element 1 to the switch element 3. The recessed groove 8 is charged with a projecting part 9 provided to project to an inner surface of the second mold body 7.
