发明名称 METHOD OF PRESERVING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
摘要 A functional material is prepd. by (a) finely grinding a porous material, e.g. zeolite, synthetic zeolite, modenite, kaolin, gristovalite etc., to obtain the 400 mesh or less powder, (b) steeping the obtd. powder in 0.2-2 N HCl soln. for 30 min. or more, (c) washing the steeped powder with a distilled water, and (d) adding Na+ ion into the washed powder by steeping in 0.2-2 N NaHCO3 soln. and drying to obtain the final product. The obtd. funtional material is useful for the preservation of freshness of vegetable and fruit, and has a good ability of ethylene gas absorption.
