<p>PURPOSE:To prevent collation data stored in an IC card from being used fraudulently. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 2 is installed in a terminal equipment 1, the terminal equipment 1 side outputs a request of collation data to the IC card 2 side. On the other hand, the IC card 2 side transmits the collation data in accordance with the request of the terminal equipment 1 side. On the contrary, when the collation data is received, the terminal equipment 1 side sets the received data to a received state. Subsequently, the answer of a fact that the collation data is received normally by the terminal equipment 1 side is received by the IC card 2 side, and thereafter, transmitted data of a nonvolatile memory 23 of the IC card 2 side is set to a transmitted state. As a result, even if the IC card 2 which executes setting of the collation data once is installed in other terminal equipment, the collation data is not transmitted to the other terminal equipment. Also, a request of the collation data is not outputted from the terminal equipment 1 which executes setting of the collation data once.</p> |
