PURPOSE:To eliminate a faulty follow-up due to restriction on varying speed by finding the maximal value and minimal value based on the distributed values of economic load distribution method and performing the distribution in an economic load distributing method with the top priority to the use of the maximal and minimal values. CONSTITUTION:Based on the results of calculations of distribution calculating means 2 of an economic load distributing method (ELD), an extreme value detecting means 5 determines the time and extreme values of an inflection point in distribution values of each generator. Then, an advance, retreat, upper and lower limits preparing means 6 creates the upper and lower limit values of generator from the inflection point as start point by considering the restrictions by varying speed. Then, an ELD redistribution calculating means 7 carries out ELD distribution calculations again based on the upper and lower limit values of generator as restricting conditions also by incorporating the restrictions of varying speed. Here, the results of calculations of the ELD redistribution calculating means 7 determines the distributed values within the calculated time zone with the top priority given to the reaching of the maximal and minimal values based on the calculated results of the ELD distribution calculation means 2. Then, faulty follow-up due to the restrictions of varying speed of motor can be prevented in advance. |
