摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the formation of sufficient signal potential holding capacitors without degrading the opening rate of display regions by disposing signal lines and auxiliary capacity lines via insulating films for signal holding between a pair of pixel electrodes disposed on both sides of the signal lines. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary capacity lines 211 having extension regions 213a, 213b in the respective pixel electrodes 211 are provided between a pair of the pixel electrodes 151a disposed adjacently on both sides of the signal lines 111. The insulating films for signal holding extended with the interlayer insulating films are laminated and disposed between the auxiliary capacity lines 211 and the signal lines 111. Then, the signal potential holding capacitors consisting of the auxiliary capacity lines 211 including the extension regions 213a, 213b as one electrode and the signal lines 111 as another electrode are formed within the respective display regions. In addition, the signal potential holding capacitors are formed between a pair of the pixel electrodes 151a and the pixel electrodes 151b and, therefore, the impairment of the opening rate is prevented. As a result, the regions off the display regions are diminished and the size is reduced.</p>
