PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the assembling work of a thin disk plate and a spool shaft. CONSTITUTION:A spool is assembled through the processes of vacuum molding, cutting, reversing, and spool shaft supplying, and a punching process 43. The form of the disk plate is molded on a thermoplastic resin sheet carried by two lines at the vacuum molding process. The sheet is cut along a carrying direction at the cutting process, and the respective surfaces of the two sheets 46a and 46b are faced each other at the reversing process. The spool shaft 7 is supplied between the surfaces faced each other at the spool shaft supplying process, and the form of the disk plate 8 is punched from both outsides of the surfaces faced each other toward the spool shaft 7 at the punching process 43. At this time, the disk plate 8 punched is moved along a punching direction as it is, and is fitted to both ends of the spool shaft 7. |
