PURPOSE:To provide a distributed building management system which reduces the burden of a central processing unit and also, improves safety in the failure of the central processing unit and moreover, can shorten the transmission time of common data and improves the flexibility of the system. CONSTITUTION:In the distributed building management system consisting of a central processing unit 1, plural equipment processors 2 and a communication controller 3 for controlling a communication between the central processing unit 1 and plural equipment processors 2, this system is constituted of a common data transmitting means 3a which is provided on the communication controller 3 and transmits common data used in common between plural equipment processors 2 to plural equipment processors 2 in a prescribed period and the transmission line 4 of the common data provided between the communication controllers 3. |
