<p>An apparatus for continuous heat-treatment of the metallic body, which is proper combination of: a rolling device (15) to roll or draw a metallic body (50) in an atmosphere of reduction or inert gas, or a drawing die; a heating device (1 or 101) composed to heat said metallic body (50) in an atmosphere of reduction or inert gas while clamping said body with ceramic plates having a temperature measuring sensor, and provided with a control device to control heating temperature applied by ceramic plates in response to a signal transmitted from said temperature measuring sensor; a cooling device (2) composed to cool said metallic body (50) with refrigerant or with heating medium brought directly into contact with heat-treated metallic body (50) delivered from said heating device (1 or 101) while clamping said body with ceramic plates to be in surface contact therewith in an atmosphere of reduction or inert gas and having a temperature measuring sensor, and further provided with a control device to control cooling temperature applied by said ceramic plates in response to a signal transmitted from said temperature measuring sensor; and conveying devices (4, 6) to convey said metallic body (50) through said heating device, cooling device, rolling device or drawing die; so as to perform exact control over heating and cooling.</p> |
