<p>A device for driving a rotor shaft (1) through the action of a moving fluid (F) comprises at least: a rotary shaft (3) integral with and perpendicular to the shaft (1), fitted at each end with a flap (2a, 2b), each flap being mounted in a plane perpendicular to the other; and stops (4a, 4b) for limiting rotation of the shaft (3) between two positions in which either one or other of the symmetrical flaps (2a, 2b) offers a resistance to the fluid so as to transmit a driving torque to said rotor shaft (1).</p> |
