PURPOSE:To release molded product from the molds easily with no use of insert, by turning an undercut portion to an extractable position around a hinge portion located at an intermediate portion between a portion of the product having the undercut and the portion permitting extracting of the product from the molds. CONSTITUTION:Undercut 6 is shaped by slide core 5 at its right side and by movable mold 3 at its left side, and a hinge portion 11 is formed in a cavity of molds 4 at an intermediate portion between portion 10 permitting extraction of molded product 1A and the portion where undercut 6 is formed. After injection molding, slide core 5 is disengaged and the portion having undercut 6 is turned to the extractable position through operation of ejector pin 13. Then, the extractable portion 10 is pushed by another ejector pin 12, whereby molded product 1A can be released out of the mold with ease. |
