A method of manufacturing an articulated link fabric is described in which oval rings are folfed at their center to form links (1) which can be inscribed in a square. Said method is characterized in that rows of links (3a/3b/3c) are formed by staggering said links (1) corner to corner, at 45 with respect to a line passing through the corners of said links. Pins (6/7) at least as long as the width of the fabric are positioned perpendicularly to said row in the gaps between the U-shaped portions of the links so that the latter pivot with respect to each other. Application in manufacturing items of jewelry, or filter systems. |
