A device for laying out plastic tubes, partic. for floor heating, has a foot on which is rotatably located a part receiving a tube roll and with devices for fixing the tube roll. On the foot (1) are peripherally distributed guide devices (16-19) which support a guide ring (21). The foot and the rotatable part comprise crosswise arranged rods, tubes or similar which if required can be foldable together. The guide devices (16-19) are formed by pins, the height of which is greater than the width of the positioned tube roll. The radial distance between the rotary axis and the foot outer end is greater than the dia. of the tube roll. USE/ADVANTAGE - For laying out plastic tubes used for underfloor heating to provide a defined unwinding of the plastic tube.
