The apparatus projects a laser beam on a disk track without an eccentricity, thus it prevents noise phenomenon and rolling phenomenon. The apparatus comprises an object lens (11), a blade material (10) which installs an object lens, F-coil and T-coil, 1st magnetic material (16), 2nd magnetic material (22) which generates magnetic force to drive the blade material smoothly, and a base material (20).
