<p>The rachidian instrumentation with orientable rod is comprised of pedicular screws (1) with threaded head (3) and intermediate body (4), a reception-locking part (7) for an interlocking rod (8) presenting a hole (12) for the engagement or threading thereof on said head (3) and provided with a housing (18) to receive the rod (8) and a nut (9) provided with a lower truncated face (10) susceptible of coming in contact with the rod (8) and locking it, and is characterized in that the hole (12) of the reception-locking part (7) is oblong and the lower face of the part (7) is in contact with the intermediate body (4) by spherical bearings (6, 16), so that the part (7) may pivot so as to displace the rod (8) in a plane parallel to the axis (24) of the screw (1) and containing the axis of the rod (8) and in that the lower truncated face of the nut (9) comes into contact, and an area (25) opposite to the contact area with the rod (8), with a truncated surface (22) provided on the reception-locking part (7).
