The device comprises a drive section (2) for providing motive power with a motor in loading and clamping operations, left and right transferring section (3) which is set in the rear of the drive section (2), moves left and right and provides synchronization for executing loading and clamping operations successively a vertical guiding section (4) which is equipped in left and right transferring section (3), guides tray (17) to inside and outwide of the main body in clamping and moving it up and down, and a supporting section (5) for helping transferring of the left and right transferring section (3) and up and down guidance of the vertical guiding section (4) and preventing separation.
