Wind generator for sea shore and land installation - has two horizontal balance rails at right angles with rotatable blades on spur arms

The wind generator has two horizontal balance rails at right angles to each other carrying rotatable blades and driving the vertical generator shaft via a ring gear. The blades are adjustable for wind direction. All wind directions are catered for and the dimensions of the rails or blades are not limited. Two examples are given. One has blades rotating about vertical axes within stub arms attached to the balance rails. The other is suitable for sea wave energy conversion and has small paddles on the stub arms. For wind use, the blades are either cloth or plastic but for wave use, they are steel. USE/ADVANTAGE - For generating energy from wind and/or sea waves, and for driving agricultural machines thus replacing tractor. Even with minimal air movement, some energy can be generated.
