The gas turbine has an intake housing (11) with a rotor slide unit. This consists of a two-part pendulum housing (1) for the axial bearing (2), two ring-shaped carrier plates (7,8), and two elastic membranes (3,4). The carrier plates are fastened to the intake housing, and carry the pressure cases (5,6). Defined contact faces (9,10) are located between pendulum housing and intake housing. Carrier plates and pressure cases are welded together gas-proof. USE/ADVANTAGE - Gas turbine with small blade clearance has device for adjustment of optimum rotor position during stationary and non-stationary operational conditions, to improve blade tolerance.
