PURPOSE:To permit a tire to be used on an unlevelled ground and on a paved road surface by forming a center rib constituted of center blocks connected in a connection part in the circumferential direction at the center of a tread and arranging polygonal blocks having a prescribed number of corner parts on the both sides. CONSTITUTION:A center rib R constituted of the center blocks 1 connected at a connection part 2 in the circumferential direction of a tire is arranged at the center of a tread part, and an intermediate block group constituted of the blocks C having seven corner parts and the outside block group constituted of the blocks D and E having five and eight corner parts respectively are formed on the both sides of the center rib R. The width W in the direction of the tire axis at the connection part 2 is set to 5-15% of the tread width TW, and is set less than 95% preferably less than 70% tread width BW. Thus, by setting the ratio between the higher part and the lower part of the grounded plane to 35-55%, the tire can be used on an unlevelled ground or a paved road surface. |
