The device consists of two pairs of cases (1) of which each is positioned on one side of the cover (10) on a guide rod (3), whereas in the body of each case (1) there is a slot leading through the central hole (2) for positioning the guide rod (3). In the cases (1) on two pins (5) secured by rings (6) there are two bearings (4) and on the vertically shifting eccentric bolt (8) with nut (9) there is an adjustable bearing (7), whereas both bearings (4) and the adjustable bearing (7) contain an angle of 120 degrees between each another.<IMAGE>
