The anchor consists of an anchor head, anchor cable and anchor root. The anchor head is composed of anchor jaws (5), an anchor collar (6), and the cap (24) of the anchor head. The anchor cable is formed by reinforcement (4) and a plastic bumper cage (8). Part of the anchor cable is equipped with a sub-anchor protector (7). The cable from the anchor root is separated by a plug (14). The anchor root is formed by reinforcement (4), grout mix cement stone (22) protection by a rubber hose, or plastic hoses (17), and a top (19). For the grouting of the anchor root a grouting hose is used with input part (10) and output part (11), which is equipped with rubber sleeves (21). The inner space of the anchor root is equipped with a ventilation hose (12). An anchor root created in such a manner can be repeatedly re-grouted.<IMAGE>
