The invention relates to a method of and an apparatus for dispensing solid-liquid mixture into a container (12) with a minimized variation of the number of solids in the mixture. The method includes steps of mixing solid with a first liquid having viscosity of at least 100 cp to form a solid-liquid base so that the solids are included about 30 to 70 wt% in the solid-liquid base and is uniformly distributed therein, measuring the solid-liquid base by a predetermined amount, measuring a second liquid to take out a predetermined amount, mixing the measured solid-liquid base with the measured second liquid to make a solid-liquid mixture with a predetermined number of the solids.
