PURPOSE: To obtain a film coating agent which covers or coats a biological tissue, by arranging a vessel containing liquid compositions constituted of a biodegradable/bio- erodible thermoplastic polymer which is insoluble in water or body fluids, and of an organic solvent which is mixed with or diffused in water or body fluids, and arranging a releasing means to dose the human body with the liquid compositions. CONSTITUTION: First, liquid compositions constituted of a biodegradable/bio-erodible thermoplastic polymer which is insoluble in water or body fluids and of an organic solvent which is mixed with or diffused in water or body fluids, and a vessel containing the liquid compositions, are arranged, and then the liquid compositions capable of dosing to human body or the animal on its tissue are united with in a liquid state by using a releasing means. Here, the releasing means is an injecting agent contained in the vessel. In order to atomize the liquid compositions, valves and a nozzle mechanism are arranged in the vessel to make the vessel an aerosol can. This biodegradable film coating agent or the covering material is sticky, strong, flexible and biodegradable, and it provides a pharmacological eliminating system and/or a treatment of a tissue during applying a mechanical microbial barrier to and/or protection of the system and/or tissue. |
