PURPOSE:To provide a honeycomb panel which is excellent in productivity and is not only easy for various bending from a large to a small radius of curvature but also not deteriorating rigidity and strength. CONSTITUTION:The honeycomb panel 1 is a curved surface honeycomb panel made of aluminum alloy, gently curved in one direction, a joined by brazing, on both sides of the honeycomb core 2 (in the hight direction), with panels 3, 4 having curved surfaces. This honeycomb core 2 is an assembly with plural core materials 2a arrayed in the direction of an arrow D, and a corrugated part 7 with three corrugations is provided in the abutting part 5 of each core material 2a. Also, a part of the corrugated part 7, which is formed in the abutting part 5 oppositely facing, is in a state mutually fitted and engaged. |
