PURPOSE: To provide a cap with an induction seal closure for a container that is an all-round container in recycling use. CONSTITUTION: A cap with an induction seal closure comprises a polymer sealing layer 27 capable of being heat-sealed to a top surface of a pouring spout of a container, an aluminum foil 23 for heat-sealing the sealing layer by induction heating of aluminum, a first peel-able layer 25 between the aluminum foil and the sealing layer, and a second peel-able layer 21 between the aluminum foil and the top wall of the cap. Because the peeling force of the second peel- able layer 21 is greater than that of the first peel-able layer 25, when the cap 10 is removed from the sealed container, the aluminum foil 23 remains adherent to the sealed container instead of the cap. Because of the presence of the first peel-able layer 25, it is possible to provide a cap with an induction seal closure 19 for sealing a pouring spout of the container, such that the aluminum foil can easily be peeled from the container. |
