PURPOSE:To raise absorption efficiency by making nucleic acid into an aqueous solution and to prevent change such as multiplication or variation of quality with time. CONSTITUTION:Nucleic acid-containing powder is made into an aqueous solution, allowed to stand at 35-45 deg.C for a given time, then heated at >=100 deg.C to sterilize various germs and to turn nucleic acid into a temporary state of apparent inactivation. The nucleic acid in the aqueous solution is absorbed in body and reactivated. |
