PURPOSE:To produce vinegared rice rolled in laver by mechanical power. CONSTITUTION:Arms 3 and 3' are longitudinally opened and boiled rice 5 spread in a fixed dimension is supported on the central part of a belt 2 between guide rollers 1 and 1' in a longitudinally pulled state of the belt. A front edge 6' of square laver 6 is held between a rear edge 5' of the spread boiled rice 5 and the belt. In the state, the belt 2 is relaxed in a curved form between the rollers 1 and 1' and the arms 3 and 3' are revolved in the opposing directions. The opposing pieces 4 and 4' are drawn near, the belt 2 is sandwiched in between the pieces and the spread boiled rice 5 is pressed into a cylindrical shape by the suspended belt 2 between the opposing pieces 4 and 4' by pulling the belt 2 in the longitudinal direction and the arms 3 and 3' are simultaneously inclined backward in a state of the belt sandwiched in between the opposing pieces 4 and 4'and then the arms 3 and 3' and the opposing pieces 4 and 4' are openably moved. |
