摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To increase strength by a method wherein a large number of shearing layers having various angles of orientation are formed. CONSTITUTION:A space 18 is formed between an outer cylinder 14 and an inner cylinder 15, which fits in the outer cylinder 14. Extrusion molding is performed by feeding liquid crystal polymer composite material under molten state in the space 18. At the time, the outer cylinder 14 is alternately rotated in the pre-set pattern and, at the same time, the inner cylinder 15 is alternately rotated relative to the outer cylinder 14 in the pre-set pattern. In a molded article extruded from the space 18, multilayered structure is formed, since the direction of shearing force at molding changes due to the alternate rotations of the outer cylinder 14 and of the inner cylinder 15. Accordingly, the shear layer can be formed in the interior of a molded article, resulting in allowing to enhance the strength of the article. Furthermore, even when a thicker molded article is intended, the strength of the article can be enhanced due to the shear layer formed in the interior of the article.</p>
