The device is used in mechanical engineering. It has small dimensions and simple working. It consists of a leading and a leadable links with perpendicular axles. The leading link is a cylinder (1), a leading cylindrical click (2) being mounted perpendicularly to its axle. The leadable link is a flat Maltese cross (3) with alternating therein slots (4) and sections for locking (5). The slots (4) are widened at the side, opposite to the direction of rotation of the Maltese cross (3). The sections (5) are straight surfaces which, in the locked position, touch the inside face of the locking element (6), which is coaxial and fixed to the cylinder (1). The element (6) is a half-cut disk. The leading click (2) is mounted radially along the bisectrix of the cut-out of the disk.
