PURPOSE: To improve an apparatus due to conventional technique so as to form a desired laminar falling flow even in an extremely throttled case. CONSTITUTION: When a flowable reaction mixture is produced from at least two kinds of flowable reaction components mutually reacting up to a lumpy substance or a foam substance even if difficult to mix, the rapid pacification of the flow of the mixture is obtained after the outlet 22 of a mixing chamber 8 is throttled by a small-sized structure and the mixing chamber 8 is opened to the guide hole part 17 of the regulation slider 18 arranged in a lateral direction with respect to the mixing chamber 8.
