PURPOSE:To improve the heat-transmitting characteristic by providing a porous layer or a turbulent-flow promotor in a part on the heat-transmitting surface in an evaporator of an air-conditioning device and the like. CONSTITUTION:A coil 7 is inserted in the sphere B as a turbulent-flow promotor. In relation to the forced convection thermal transmission, the transference of flow from laminar to turbulent disturbs the temperature boarder having developed on the surface of a wall 2 inside a tube, making the border thinner, i.e. improving the rate of the forced convection thermal transmission. By disturbing the flow by means of the coil 7 and raising the rate of the forced convection thermal transmission, the heat-transmitting characteristic can be improved. |
