Compounds corresponding to the general formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R<1> represents either a hydrogen atom, or a linear or branched (C1-6)alkyl group or a cyclo(C3-8)alkyl group, X represents either an oxygen atom or a sulphur atom or a group of general formula N-R3 in which R3 is a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched (C1-8)alkyl group, a cyclo(C3-6)alkyl group, a cyclo(C3-6)alkylmethyl group, a (C1-4)alkoxy(C1-4)alkyl group, a phenyl group, a 4-pyridyl group or a 3-pyridyl group, Z represents a hydrogen or fluorine atom as well as their addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids. Application in therapy.
