PURPOSE:To provide the title measuring device having a simple structure, easy to handle and capable of accurately measuring a roll profile by providing an operational processor calculating the roll profile on the basis of the moving quantity of a slide table. CONSTITUTION:A slide table 7 loaded with a distance detector detecting the distances from the rolls of a calender 5 consisting of four rolls 1, 2, 3, 4 and a moving means 9 for moving the slide table 7 over the entire widths of the rolls 1-4 along a guide rail 8 are provided. Further, a holding means 10 holding the guide rail 8 so as to leave a predetermined interval from the rolls 1-4 and an operational processor 11 calculating roll profile on the basis of the detection value due to the distance detector 6 and the moving quantity of the slide table 7 due to the moving means 9 are provided. |
