APPARATUS FOR REGENERATING WASHING WATER OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PURPOSE:To reuse all of the washing water used in the rinsing of the printed circuit board immersed in a washing agent and to enhance the adsorptive removal ratio of an activated carbon adsorbing device and a pure water device. CONSTITUTION:A contact device 1 bringing washing water into contact with ozone gas, an ultraviolet irradiation device 2 irradiating washing water with ultraviolet rays, an activated carbon adsorbing tower 3 adsorbing the matter in washing water and a pure water device 4 removing the matter in washing water are provided. For example, by passing contaminated washing water having properties of COD 810ppm through this apparatus, reutilizable water having properties of COD 0.5ppm is obtained. By this constitution, the chemical structure of a washing agent is changed and the removal ratio of the activated carbon adsorbing device and a pure water device is enhanced and reutilizable washing water can be regenerated.
