<p>PURPOSE:To form a fusion section fused firmly while maintaining no over-fusion state at the time of fusion by forming projections and recesses on one face of the fusion section at both end sections of a bag section made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, forming a flat surface on the other face, and making the height between the top section of the projections and the surface of the recesses shallow at the boundary section between the bag section and the fusion section. CONSTITUTION:A plug section 3 is fitted at one end section of the bag section 4 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin of a medical bag 1, projections 11 and recesses 12 are formed on one face of the fusion section 2 at both end sections of the bag section 4, and a flat surface 14 is formed on the other face. The height between the top section of the projections 11 and the surface of the recesses 12 is formed shallow at the boundary section between the bag section 4 and the fusion section 2. Even when the recesses 12 are overlapped with each other at the boundary section between the bag section 4 and the fusion section 2, the half-fusion state is generated when they are pressed and fused by a die because this portion is made relatively thick, no over-fusion state can be maintained, and the fusion section 2 fused firmly at both end sections of a thin inflation tube can be formed.</p> |
