<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic container which permits food to be preserved for a long period of time and heated evenly in a microwave oven by providing a container body containing a gas-barrier plastic layer and an innermost amorphous polyamide layer and a lid containing a metal foil layer and an inner amorphous polyamide layer. CONSTITUTION:The plastic container consists of a container body 21 and a lid 22, each being thermoformed of a multilayer sheet. The multilayer sheet for use in forming the container body 21 consists of a sheet made up of PP (propyleneresins) layer 23, EVOH (ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer) layer 24 and PP layer 25 by a simultaneous extrusion molding and a layer 26 bonded thereto which is constituted of the polypropylene modified by grafting maleic anhydride into amorphous polyamide and PP. The lid 22 consists of a polypropylene-made outer layer 7 and a gas-barrier layer 8. The gas-barrier layer 8 is constituted of an aluminum foil 5, a plastic film 6 laminated to the outer side of the aluminum foil and an amorphous polyamide film 6' laminated to the inner side thereof.</p> |
