<p>PURPOSE:To make the heating temp. of a steel strip constant and to uniformize the properties of product by changing the number of fired burners after adjusting a fuel gas flow regulating valve at an opening degree corresponding to the changed number of the burners. CONSTITUTION:The transporting speed of a stainless steel strip is inputted in a controller 13 and the number of fired burners 5 is decided in accordance with this speed. In accordance with the result, respective fuel valves 10 are operated. On the other hand, the set opening degree of the flow regulating valve 11 is decided in accordance with the number of the fired burners and the set opening degree of the fuel gas flow regulating valve 11 is beforehand chaned according to this opening degree. In this way, the change of the set number of the burners and set opening degree of the flow regulating valves 11 accompanying the change of the transporting speed is completed. After that, the ordinary PID control is executed with the loop of a fuel gas flowmeter 14, fuel gas flow controller 15 and fuel gas flow regulating valve 11.</p> |
