发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SCREW DOWN IN HOT STRIP FINISHING MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable shape and to stabilize thickness control by correcting the target thickness of each stand so that load balance of each stand is fixed in thickness control in a hot strip finishing mill. CONSTITUTION:A part shown by a sign AGC1 is a conventional 7-stand thickness control and the shape distortion is generated because the screw-down position is vertically moved without consideration for the load distribution (load balance) of each stand. A part shown by a sign AGC2 is equivalent to a control part for fixing the load distribution of each stand. Procedure for deciding the load distribution of each stand based on the corrected load by the thickness correcting part are successively executed. After that, procedure by which the target thickness is successively corrected so as to fix the load distribution of each stand are included. In this way, the load distribution of each stand is always kept constant and the shape can be stabilized.</p>
