PURPOSE:To make it possible to connect easily a peripheral edge of a ceiling panel to the upper end of a wall panel by way of a ceiling cornice, and what is more to connect the ceiling panel to the surface of the wall panel by way of the ceiling cornice with a fine outside view. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling cornice 2 is mounted to the upper end of a wall panel 1 where this wall panel 2 is projected to the surface of the wall panel 1 and exposed inside a room. A peripheral edge of the ceiling panel 3 is engaged on the wall of the ceiling cornice 2 so that the peripheral edge of the ceiling panel may be coupled with the upper end of the wall panel 1 by way of the ceiling cornice 2.
