<p>PURPOSE: To provide a stent for lumen enabling reduction of restenosis incidence in a damaged site of a vas and local administration of a drug to the damaged site of the vas, and the production method thereof. CONSTITUTION: A catheter 10 has a balloon 15 provided with a stent 20. The stent 20 has a deformable metal part 22 and a fibrin coating 24. Insertion of the stent containing fibrin into a damaged site and supply of fibrin to a curing site autonomously interact with the human curing mechanism, give a biochemical absorptive surface to easily reduce the possibility of the vas intima hyperplasia causing restenosis, and reduce restenosis incidence. The stent can also be used for local administration of drug to a damaged site of vas.</p> |
