PURPOSE: To enable various measurement values to be automatically and quickly measured without troublesome specific corrections. CONSTITUTION: Measuring electrodes 21, 22 and 23 of a sensor head 1 are previously calibrated and standardized at the manufacturing stage, and the calibration rule related to each measuring electrode, 21, 22 or 23, is stored in a base apparatus 5. When a sensor head 1 is in use, a measured value detecting and evaluating device 7 is interfered by the calibration rule related to measuring electrodes 21, 22 and 23 each of which is installed in the sensor head 1, by the fact that the measured value detecting and evaluating device 7 is controlled by inputs from outside to the base apparatus 5. |
