PURPOSE:To provide a polypropylene laminated steel plate generating no whitening in a resin layer by the impact due to press processing and excellent in stress craking resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a polypropylene laminated steel plate, an unsaturated carboxylic acid graft-modified polyproplene (a) layer is provided on at least the single surface of a steel plate or a polypropylene (B) layer is provide4 on at least the single surface of the steel plate through the unsaturated carboxylic acid graft-modified polypropylene (A) layer and the degree of crystallization of the modified polypropylene (A) layer or that of the resin layer consisting of the modified polypropylene (A) layer and the polypropylene (B) layer is set to 55% or less.
