<p>PURPOSE:To make generation of oscillation of free electrons easy by providing an electronic oscillation generating body having a main body with a large electrical conductivity and a light source radiating a light to the main body and connecting a conductive body with the electronic oscillation generating body in an electronic oscillation generator for improving the quality of water for waste water treating tank. CONSTITUTION:An electronic oscillation generating body 3 is formed by attaching a surface body 3 having a small ion crystal diameter with a main body 3a having a large electric conductivity. In addition, a light source 2 is provided so as to irradiate a light on the surface body 3b of the electronic oscillation generating body 3. The electronic oscillation generating body 3 and an electric source 5 are connected by using an electric wire 6, an electric current restriction device 5, an insulation connecting wire 6a and a connecting part 6b. In this constitution, when a light is irradiated from the light source 2, the crystal lattice of the surface body 3b is oscillated and free electrons perform the same oscillation. The oscillation is transmitted to water through the electric wire 6 to oscillate the nucleus of a hydrogen atom and to weaken hydrogen bondings and the electrons of water is shifted to an orbit with a higher energy level and the quality of water is changed.</p> |
