The method is used in food processing industry. It guarantees low manufacture costs and easy control of the quality. According to the method, after coming out of the nozzle, the temperature of the extrudate is maintained corresponding to the initial temperature of the dough, and the additional treatment is carried out immediately after the extrusion. |
