PURPOSE:To obtain a monoclonal antibody useful for immunochemical determination, etc., of a human M-CSFbeta type dimer. CONSTITUTION:A monoclonal antibody having specificity to a human M-CSFbeta type dimer, capable of specifically reacting with the human M-CSFbeta type dimer and incapable of reacting with anyone of a human M-CSFbeta type monomer, a human M-CSFalpha type dimer and a human M-CSFalpha type monomer. The monoclonal antibody produced by the hybridoma M09106 (FERM P-3662) belongs to an IgG derived from a rat and belongs to IgG1 subclass of the IgG and have kappachain as an L chain and specifically reacts with the beta dimer.
