<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heater for low temperature foods which can heat a low temperature food in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A mounting base 7 having a rectangular cylindrical form for a low temperature food 3 is composed of side walls 8 having pierced holes 8b at the lower part, a rectangular cover plate 9 coating the upper part 8a of the side walls 8 and having a plurality of rectangular holes 9a mutually parallel to each other at the long sides, and rectangular cylinders 10, 11 connected to the holes 9a respectively provided with side faces 10a, 11a confronted with adjacent cylindrical bodies, having the same dimensional rectangular shape with the side shape of a low temperature food and also having a number of discharge holes 10b, 11b and closing plates 10c, 11c at the upper end. In this way, upflow 2a brought about in the heating media 2 on heating by a heater 4 is horizontally ejected from the discharge holes 10b, 11b to forcibly collide directly against the side of low temperature food to efficiently heat the food. In this case, the upflow 2a becomes a circulation flow 2b to recycle from the pierced holes 8b to the middle of the bottom 1a of the vessel 1.</p> |
