PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for the formation of a liquid layer having a predetermined thickness by drawing up a bottomed body by a predetermined distance and forming the liquid layer having the predetermined thickness on a cured part. CONSTITUTION:A box-shape bottomed body 9 having a liquid-tight bottom wall and a liquidtight side wall is immersed in the photo-setting fluidized substance in a container 1 to form such a state that the photo-setting fluidized substance 4 with definite depth is received in the space between the bottom surface 90 of the bottomed body 9 and the upper surface of the bottom of the container 1. The bottomed body 9 is irradiated with light from above through an optical lens 20 to concentrate light to the substance 4 to selectively irradiate the substance with light to obtain a cured part 60. By this method, the substance 4 around the bottomed body 9 flows in the part under the bottomed body 9 to be added to the bottomed body 9. A light source device 2 rises over the same distance as the bottomed body. Thereafter, light is condensed to the bottomed body 9 from above so as to obtain the cured part 61 continued to the cured part 60 to selectively perform the irradiation with light. Further, the addition of the photo-setting substance 4 to the bottom surface 90 due to the drawing-up of the bottomed body 9 and the formation of the cured part due to the irradiation with light, are repeated to obtain a solid. |
