PURPOSE:To obtain a method for producing a bag-form article integrally provided with a ring on its open end without using a heat sealing method. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 2 provided with a bag-form shaping male mold part 1 which can be projected downward and a lower mold 4 provided with a bag-form shaping female mold part 3 are formed. A ring molding cavity is formed on the parting surface of the lower mold 4. A cutting ring 10 with a return spring 9 pressed down by a press-down rod 8 and an accepting ring 12 with an accepting spring 11 are provided on the parting surfaces of the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 4 opposedly to each other outside the ring molding cavity, and a false part molding cavity is provided on the parting surface of the accepting ring 12. A remarkably thin synthetic resin film 15 is tensed between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 4. After the film is tensed, the molds are closed and the male mold 1 is projected. A thermally melted synthetic resin 17 is injected from a gate 16 to be charged into the ring molding cavity and the false part molding cavity. After the charged material is cooled and set, the cutting ring 10 is pressed down to cut off a false part 18. After the cutting, the molds 2, 4 are opened, and the molded article is removed. |
