SHAPING FILM AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain a shaped film having sufficient hardness and faithfully reproducing an uneven shape by an easy method by applying an ionizing radia tion curable resin on a sheet to which embossing processing is applied and curing the same before releasing the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A transferrable pattern 1 is provided on a sheet and embossing processing is applied to the surface of the pattern 1. Subsequently, embossed recessed parts are colored by wiping 4 and an ionizing radiation curable resin is applied to the sheet so as to fill the recessed parts and a polyester resin 6 is further laminated on the coated resin layer. The film laminate thus obtained is irradiated with ionizing radiation and a wiping sheet 2 is peeled off to obtain a shaping film. As the ionizing radiation curable resin, an ultraviolet curable resin or an electron beam curable resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin or an epoxy resin is used.
