PURPOSE:To improve the brazing property, the appearance quality and the surface treatability, in the flux brazed product of an aluminum material having the specific value or lower of Mg content in the brazing method. CONSTITUTION:The residual flux on the brazed product surface of aluminum material having <=0.5wt.% Mg content is made to be <=0.005g/m<2>. Such a brazed product is manufactured by heating the aluminum joining member and brazing filler metal to the prescribed temp. in a brazing furnace and also, regulating moisture concn. to <=120ppm, oxygen concn. to <=120ppm and flux gas concn. to 1-200ppm in the atmosphere of the brazing furnace, respectively. Further, in the case of using fluoride series flux gas as the flux, HF concn. in the atmosphere is regulated to <=60ppm. |
