The invention refers to a vaginal autosuture device to avoid urinary incontinence in women, which is comprised of an elongated body (10, 26) so that it can be grasped manually, having in one of its ends an extension that forms a specific angle with the horizontal axis of the body, extension which defines a head (11, 29) through which and by means of actuating a control (13, 27) provided in the handle or body itself (10, 26) a clamp (6) is released or a needle (30) is turned, the needle clasping in the opposite direction of rotation a thread (36), so that the clamp (6) as well as the needle (30) and therefore the thread (36) pass through the para-ure-thral tissue (7) and the cartilage of the symphisis pubica (8), effecting a connection and corresponding lifting of the corresponding areas of the vagina (2) located on both sides of the urethra (3), thus avoiding urinary incontinence in women. The clamps (6) as well as the threads (36) constitute in their fastening an autosuture carried out on both sides of the urethra (3) and in correspondence with both points or specific areas previously located by means of tactile examination and with the head itself of the device.
